Invite a beloved princess to join your celebration and watch the magic unfold before your very eyes! Our Royal Guest Appearance brings your child’s favorite fairytale character straight from the enchanted kingdom to your celebration. Your royal guest will greet the children, share warm hugs, twirl and pose for photos, and sprinkle gentle sparkles of wonder throughout your event. Because every fairytale becomes more magical when the princess arrives in person.✨🏰
Cancellation Policy
👑 Royal Booking Policies Welcome to Ymm Fairytales, where every celebration is sprinkled with a touch of magic! Before we wave our wands and bring your vision to life, please review our royal booking policies below to ensure your event is truly enchanting. 💖 Reserving Your Royal Date A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to secure your event date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and your royal agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. 🕰️ Cancellations & Changes Cancel more than 48 hours before your event: your deposit will be kept but may be credited toward a future celebration within 2 months. Cancel within 48 hours: the full balance will be due, as your royal setup will already be prepared. Need to reschedule? We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date (subject to availability). ✨ Royal Decorations & Damages Every decoration is treated like a treasure from the royal vault! An inventory list with replacement values will be provided and a $150 damage deposit will be required & returned once all inventory is picked up. Any missing or damaged items will be billed accordingly. Please keep all decorations safe from curious hands and mischievous dragons. 🐉 🏰 Setup & Take-Down We’ll arrive at the castle (or venue) at the agreed-upon time to create your magical setting. Please ensure access to the event space — delays may result in additional charges. Outdoor events are weather-dependent, so please have a backup plan ready in case of rain or strong winds. 🌸 Venue & Liability The client is responsible for obtaining venue approval for all decorations and installations if it's not a royal approved venue. Ymm Fairytales is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage during the event. Once set up, decorations are under your royal care until we return for take-down. 📸 Magical Moments We love to capture and share our enchanted creations! By booking, you allow Ymm Fairytales to photograph our décor for promotional use. If you’d prefer a more private affair, please let us know before your event. 💎 Payments We accept EMT & Cash. A royal receipt will be provided for every payment. 🎠 Extra Enchantments Add-ons such as princess appearances, balloon art, or themed activities can be booked for an additional fee. These must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event.
